The GT Summer Bridge Program is designed to help students more easily transition into a rigorous College Preparatory curriculum. Our dedicated faculty and staff will ensure that come August you are on the right track to academic success at Gordon Tech College Prep!

Go Rams….and don’t worry it’s only a 3 week program. It’s not the entire summer! On the last day we even have a bowling party!!

Time: 8:00am-11:45am

Section 1:

Pre-Algebra Class I: 8:00am-9:30am

Reading/Writing Class I: 9:45am-11:15am

Section 2:

Reading/Writing Class I: 9:45am-11:15am

Pre-Algebra Class I: 8:00am-9:30am

Price: $300.00*

*Due at the time of registration, but no later than May 31, 2012. A late fee of $25 will be added after May 31st. Summer Bridge fees are non-refundable. For all students registered after May 31, no late fee will be charged, but payment will be required at the time of registration.

Additional Information 

1. Students who are accepted to GT’s Support Program pending successful completion of the Bridge Program are automatically registered for the Summer Bridge Program.

2. All students are required to purchase a 3-ring binder, 20 binder tabs, loose leaf paper, a highlighter and pencils. In addition, the Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins will be required for the Reading/Writing course.

3. Missing more than 3 days of the Bridge Program may result in incompletion of the program and a denial of acceptance for the fall 2012 school year to GT.

4. If a student must be absent, the student must receive an admit slip from the Bridge Program Director, Mr. Rachmaciej, upon the student’s return to school, before going to class.

5. Tardiness of three or more times may result in the student being dropped from the course.

6. Students do not have to be in uniform, but must be dressed appropriately. No sleeveless shirts, shorts/pants with holes or flip-flop/sandals are permitted. Students will be sent home for inappropriate dress.

7. Cell phone use is not permitted during the Summer Bridge Program. Devices must be turned off during the school day (8am-11:45am). Visible devices will be confiscated
